welcome

We are delighted to announce the 2nd IABEP conference - IABEP 2024, in Lisbon, from 4-6 November 2024.

After the successful launch of the International Association for Biomonitoring of Environmental Pollution in Triestre, we invite researchers, academics, practitioners, policymakers, and students with an interest in environmental monitoring and protection to join us in Lisbon for the IABEP 2024 conference.

The IABEP conference will gather experts, researchers, and professionals in the field of biomonitoring of environmental pollution on all terrestrial and freshwater habitats. It will feature insightful presentations, engaging discussions, and networking opportunities focused on the latest advancements, challenges, and solutions in biomonitoring.

ECHO project

The IABEP conference will be organized back-to-back to the ECHO project. A collaborative event between the IABEP and the project ECHO - Engaging Citizens in Soil Science: The Road to Healthier Soils will be organized to talk about environmental monitoring and research focused on soil. The collaborative event will be on the 6th November, afternoon.
